Serial entrepreneur Roman J. Yagudaev has been successfully building brands that incorporate exceptional customer experiences for over 30 years. He emigrated to the U.S. when he was 5, obtaining U.S. citizenship through his parents. To this day, he appreciates the opportunities that citizenship has provided him. He previously founded and sold a successful rush travel document business, where he earned the credentials and his reputation as the foremost expert in the Advising & Expediting of US Passports and gained the respect of his clients, admired referral sources, and peers. His high-profile clients nicknamed him “ROMAN RUSH” for his extraordinary track record of delivering what others deemed impossible.
Roman has successfully expedited over 250,000 rush passports and visas, including expedited travel documents for A-list Celebrities, Artists, Athletes, Fortune 500 Executives, and Top Executives at both Financial Firms & Law Firms to name a few. He literally saved Rachael Ray’s Wedding Day and helped Financial Guru Suze Orman with countless last-minute business trips.
Roman created The Passport Experts to fill a void in the market, combining decades of experience navigating the halls of government with sophisticated data and technology. He’s driven by a passion to use his knowledge and network to seamlessly open doors and create non-stressful experiences for others.

Jeff Zisselman
Jeff Zisselman met Roman first as a client when he needed a passport expedited. As an entrepreneur himself and a person focused on Excellence, he appreciated Roman’s commitment to a long-term relationship and to his exceptional customer service. Over the years, a friendship emerged built on trust and mutual respect.
Jeff’s work as a consultant in the financial services realm with the most demanding high-net-worth clients, as well as his background as an attorney and entrepreneur, have uniquely qualified him for his role with The Passport Experts. Jeff is known as an expert when it comes to interpreting and navigating complex laws and processes. As an entrepreneur and visionary, he founded a mortgage bank that earned a top spot in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year competition.
Jeff was a partner in a financial consulting firm that advised high-net-worth families on asset protection and business planning. He specialized in helping high-profile clients work through complicated tax matters to efficiently leverage tax laws.
In his portfolio, Jeff also maintains an international distribution business that provides anti-aging technologies and skin care devices. This work has taken him all over the world and he has had the privilege to reside in Asia, and Europe and spend significant time in South America.
He is a passionate traveler, visiting more than 45 countries and living on 5 different continents. All of this has given him an appreciation for the importance of finding the right trusted partner when it comes to expediting travel documents.

Diana Rader Zisselman
Diana Rader Zisselman’s passions have always revolved around helping people, traveling, and experiencing different cultures. Following her graduation from UCLA, Diana’s desire to help others initially led her to pursue a Master’s Degree in Psychology and a Marriage and Family Therapy license. Interested in learning about other industries, she went into healthcare and eventually became a top-level Executive in a National Home Health company and then at a Silicon Valley Technology startup.
Along with her husband, she developed an International Distribution business in anti-aging devices. Her work inspiring others around the world has afforded her the opportunity to be invited to speak in over 14 countries on 5 continents and travel to almost 50 countries.
Diana was born and raised in California and has lived in the US, Europe, and Asia and spent extended periods of time in South America. She currently resides in Florida. She has a love of people, culture, food, and travel and a desire to ensure no one misses an opportunity to experience another country.

Our Story
Getting a passport or visa means more to us than giving people a chance to see the world. For us, these travel documents stand for absolute freedom and peace of mind.
One of our Founders emigrated to the U.S. at 5 years old, obtaining U.S. citizenship through his parents. Decades later, he is still grateful for the opportunities that citizenship has provided him. His work expediting passports and visas now gives him and the team the chance to open doors for others.
Our other founders have lived in 4 countries and visited over 45 countries, experiencing first-hand the challenges and rewards of experiencing other cultures, whether it’s for work or personal travel.
Expediting travel documents means much more than advising, avoiding travel document delays, and making sure that the documents get where they should go. It’s about building relationships and helping people overcome challenges.
